Party Package
If you are looking for a unique party idea, why not consider an Our Little World Party. We offer a party package to reduce the stress of entertaining your little ones.
Our package includes:
- Hall hire
- Maximum of 17 pre-school age children
- Party duration is 90 minutes plus 20 minutes each side for setting up of food and your personal decorations
- Free on-site parking
- 8 role play areas of your choice set up and ready to be enjoyed.
- Tables and chairs for your guests to enjoy their party food and drinks.
- Invitations
- A sticker for all your guests
Cost is £165.00
All you need to worry about is food, decorations, and cake!
Party Terms & Conditions
- Non-refundable deposit of £65 payable on booking, this secures your date.
- The remaining balance of £100 is payable 7 days prior to the event
- If you need to cancel more than two weeks prior to the event we will refund any payments received apart from the £65 non-refundable deposit.
- If you cancel within two weeks of the event but more than 7 days before the event, we will refund 50% of your payments minus the £65 deposit
- If you cancel within 7 days of the event you will not receive any refund.
- Food and drink need to remain at the designated food tables. We ask that drinks are given via cartons with straws or ‘Fruit Shoot’ style bottles to minimise spillages.
- Please bring rubbish bags and clear your food and decorations after the party.
- No hot drinks within the playroom.
- Shoes to be removed before entering the playroom.
- The party host is responsible for the children attending their party.
- The party host is responsible for their own property including personal belongings, presents etc.
- All parties should finish promptly to allow Our Little World to clear away the equipment.
- In the highly unlikely event that Our Little World needs to cancel your session e.g. a flood or hurricane – you will be refunded the full amount for your booking.
